Most cooling calls come down to something measurable: a capacitor that has drifted out of tolerance, a refrigerant charge that has fallen away, a contactor that is no longer pulling in cleanly, or an air temperature differential that says the unit is running but not doing work.

Maintenance Plans
Seasonal and cooling-only plans with priority scheduling and repair discounts, so the system is checked before the season it has to survive.
The Seasonal plan covers two comprehensive tune-ups a year, one for cooling before summer and one for heating before winter. It includes full inspection and cleaning, filter check, coil and blower cleaning, electrical and safety checks, thermostat calibration and performance testing, plus priority scheduling and repair discounts.
